Photos of the dishes I cooked last New Year's Eve
Even though I am now living here in Japan, I still can't ignore Philippine's tradition every New Year's eve.
I put all my strength in cooking all these dishes.
Standing in the kitchen for how many hours was all worth it when I saw how my husband's eyes popped when he saw all the dishes done. I can see how happy he was.
Most of the Japanese just eat soba and pre-boxed dinner during New Year's eve so it was his very first time to have an extravagant table like the Philippine style.
